Hours are left to succeed the
examination of membership verification in GDS cadre. 5th September is the last
date. AIPEU-GDS is achieved a massive support of GDS members in almost all
divisions of all Circles. Our efforts for the last five years to establish our
Organization in all Circles results in good way.
EMOTIONAL

All the Divsional Secretaries/Conveners
are requested to follow some guidelines & information as mentioned
here under:
(Please take the help of seniors, well-wishers in the division, if necessary, with out any hesitation)
= Letters of
Authorization collected from the GDS comrades in the Divisions/Branches are to
be attested by the Secretary / Convener
/ Authorized Representaive of AIPEU-GDS of the respective divisions.
= 3 copies of list
with the particulars of GDS members (i.e., Name of the SO/HO, Name of the BO,
Name of the GDS, Designation) has to be prepared and on each page, the Secretary/Convener
has to affix his signature.
= Scruitinization
of the Letters of Authorization will be made by the Divisional Head in the
presence of the Representatives of the respective participant Unions.
= If any GDS
member’s name found in more than one list, he can submit a representation on or
before 14th September 2017 by confirming his membership enrollment to one
specific union. After 14th Septemeber no representation will be allowed.
= All complaints
will be disposed of by the Divisional Head by 19-09-2017.
= A copy of the
list will be supplied to the Authorised Representative after clearing above
process & the Letters of Authorization with details will be transferred to
DDO.
= Recovery of
subscription will start from the TRCA of September payable on 30-09-2017 and
continued for every month.
= Compilation of
the verification report by Divisional Head to Head of the Circle is completed
by 12-10-2017.
= All the Head of
Circles have to send the consolidated statement to the Department of Posts (SR
Section-Directorate) by 25-10-2017.
= Recognition
shall be valid for a period of 5 years from the date of issue of order granting
recognition.
