RICT : Day to day operations flow chart
Dear comrades,
The GDS working on hand held Devices in BOs for RICT operations viz., Receipt & dispatch of bags, booking of articles (RLs, Speed Post, Parcels etc), accepting deposits in SB, RD, SSA, TD & collection of RPLI/PLI premium, withdrawals in SB etc., the following chart is very useful and step by step procedure mentioned in the chart can direct the GDS to proceed with various operations for day to day work easily and systematically.

AIPEU-GDS :: AURANGABAD (MAHARASHTRA) DIVISIONAL CONFERENCE ON 25-12-2018
The first Divisional Conference of AIPEU-GDS, Aurangabad Division has been held on 25-12-2018 in Aurangabad. Com.Rajkumar Nagnath Atkare, Circle Secretary and Com.Mahesh Lokare, Circle Treasurer, AIPEU-GDS, Maharashtra Circle attended and addressed. ( A detailed report will be published on receipt from the Circle Union)
A new set of office bearers were elected unanimously for the divisional union AIPEU-GDS of Aurangabad for the ensuing period.
The AIPEU-GDS CHQ conveys heartfelt greetings and congratulations on the success of divisional conference and sincere thanks to the NFPE leaders of Divisional Union and Circle Union for their support and cooperation for AIPEU-GDS in Maharashtra Circle.

AIPEU-GDS :: Srikaulam divisional conference (AP circle) on 16-12-2018
A joint Biennial divisional conference of AIPEU-GDS with AIPEU GrC., & P4 Unions of Srikakulam division has been held on 16-12-2018 in Vidyananda Bhawan, Srikakulam under the presidium of Com. J.Sudarsanarao (GrC), Com.T.Venkateswarlu (P4) & Com.B.S.R.Murthy Naidu (GDS).
Com.P.Pandurangarao, General Secretary, AIPEU-GDS attended and addressed the conference. Com. K. Srinivas, President, CITU, Srikakulam attended and greeted the conference. Com.A.P.Papaiah, OCS, GDS, Com. M. Nageswararao, Circle President, AIPEU-GrC., Com.E.Sankaranaidu, Vice-President, Gr.C., Com.Satyarao, OCS, P4 and many other leaders of Srikakulam, Parvathipuram & Vizianagaram divisons were also present and graced the conference.
A set of new organizing body has been elected unanimously for the ensuing period for all the divisional unions of Gr.C., P4 & AIPEU-GDS Srikakulam Division.
AIPEU-GDS :: Bhimavaram divisional Conference (AP) on 16-12-18
A joint Biennial divisional conference of AIPEU GrC., P4 & AIPEU-GDS has been held on 16-12-2018 in the premises of Bhimavaram HO.
Com.M.Srinivasararao, Circle Secretary, AIPEU-GDS attended and addressed. The leaders from Tanuku Branch & Palakol Bhranches were also attended and graced the conference. A new set of office bearers were elected unanimously for the ensuing period for AIPEU-GDS, Bhimavaram Division.
