The Biennial Circle conference of AIPEU-GDS has been conducted jointly with AIPEU GrC., Telangana Circle in Sundarayya Vignana Kendram, Bagh Lingampally, Hyderabad.
Open session inaugurated by Com.R.Sudha Bhaskar, State Secretary, CITU. Com.M.Krishnan, Secretary General Confederation & former Secretary General, NFPE attended as Cheif guest and addressed the conference. Com.J. Ramamurthy, All India President, AIPEU-GrC (CHQ) attended and addressed both the sessions of Gr.C., & AIPEU-GDS.
Shri Col.Chandra Sekhar, Chief Post Master General, Telangana Circle and Shri V.Satyanarayana reddy, DPS (HQ) were also graced the conference and addressed the delegates.

The Subject Committee of AIPEU-GDS inaugurated by Com.J.Ramamurthy, All India President, AIPEU GrC., The session chaired by Com.G.Srinivasarao, Circle President, AIPEU-GDS. Circle Secretary's Report and Union Accounts have been approved unanimously.
A new set of organizing body has been elected unanimously for the ensuing period for AIPEU-GDS, Telangana Circle.
