TWO DAYS RELAY HUNGER FAST IN FRONT OF ALL DIVISIONAL OFFICES ON 28th & 29th NOVEMBER 2017

Dear Comrades,

The NFPE Federal Secretariat decided to continue the struggle programme on long pending charter of demands.

In the first phase, it is decided to conduct two days relay hunger fast infront of all divisional offices on 28th & 29th November 2017 with en mase participation of NFPE & AIPEU-GDS members. 

During the programme, it is requested to wear black badges / badges with demands with out fail.

Make the programme a grand success and report compliance to the respective CHQs at the earliest.

AIPEU-GDS CONVENTION - OTTAPPALEM DIVISION (KERALA)

A convention has been held with AIPEU-GDS members, Ottappalem Division, Kerala Circle on 26th November 2017. The meeting arranged in Cherplaserry town, near by Ottappalem. Com.M.C.Velayudhan, President, GDS, Ottappalem presided the meeting.

Com.P.Pandurangarao, G/S, AIPEU-GDS & Com.Abdul Rahiman, Asst. General Secretary, AIPEU GrC., attended as Chief guests and addressed the meeting.  Com.V.Murukan, (former Fin. Secy, AIPEU-GDS), Divl, Secretary P4, Palakkad, Com.Vijayan, D/S GrC., Com.Krishnan Kutty, D/S, GDS, Ottappalem, Com.Unni Krishnan, D/S, GDS, Palakkad were also present and addressed.

The NFPE Unions of Ottappalem organized the convention with the participation of more than 300 GDS out of which 70 women GDS graced the occasion.

NFPE Circle Coordination Committee, Kerala conducting Regional Study Camps for the members of NFPE, particularly new entrants in all cadres. Central Region Study camp held on 4th & 5th Nov in Kottayam,  Northern Region on 18th & 19th Nov., at Malappuram and for Southern Region 25th & 26th Nov in Kollam.

NFPE -- KERALA NORTHERN REGION STUDY CAMP (CALICUT)

NFPE Kerala Northern Region ( Calicut ) study  camp held at Malappuram, Manjeri dvn on 18,19 Nov'17. Classes On various subjects were taken by Prof. M.M. Narayanan, Prof.K.E.N.Kunhahammed, D.Venkiteswaran, Dr.V.P.PMustafa,  Com.P.K. Muralidharan., Com P.V.Rajendran, Vice Chairman NFPE Presided over the inaugural session. 260 delegates attended from 10 divisions ( Postal & RMS ).120 Delegates are youngsters. Southern Region study Camp is scheduled to be held at Kollam on 25th & 26th Nov  2017.

ORDER

New Delhi, the 9th November, 2017

S.O. 3578 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution read with rule 6 of the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965 and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) number S.O. 2079(E), dated the 20th August, 2014, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby directs that with effect from the date of publication of this Order in the Official Gazette, all civil posts except persons serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department under the Union, shall be classified as follows :-

Explanation – For the purpose of this Order, ‘Level’ in relation to a post means, the Level specified in third row of Part A of the Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016.
