Sub:- Submission of Memorandum for settlement of long pending genuine demands of staff after convening meeting of NFPE Unions.
Sir,
National Federation of Postal Employees (NFPE) is submitting Memorandum / Representations along with Charter of demands containing genuine grievances of staff since long but none of the demands has been settled so far and any type of meeting has not been convened at Directorate with NFPE Unions since long even repeated request of NFPE.
As per the decision of the Federal Executive of NFPE dated 17th August 2021 we are submitting this Memorandum with the request to convene the meeting with NFPE Unions as early as possible to settle the charter of demands.
If our request is not considered then we will be compelled to launch agitational programmes as per the directions of NFPE culminating into strike.
