Gratefully appreciating the efforts of one and all for the success of this country wide two days Strike under the banner of PJCA.
Postal working class unity is prevailed and hopefully continued.
A practical observation is that massive participation of new entrants in all cadres is so much attracted the attention of all unions. Faithfull awareness about the activities of our postal unions by those new entrants deserves all appreciation..
Hopefully believe that the same will continue with all vigour and inspiration..

NFPE :: Employees of Postal Department made New History – Be proud of this History
As like as yesterday (28.03.2022), today i.e., on 2nd day of All India General Strike there is almost the same impact in Postal Department. In some areas today success rate has slightly been increased while in some areas slightly decreased. Over all the 2 days’ Strike is massive, unprecedented and glorious. In General, the impact of strike in postal department is always more or less good. But this time the success is really encouraging and enthusiastic. In fact employees Postal department have made New History. Our employees irrespective of unions are the real architect of this success. Our organisers and leadership right from Divisions to Circles throughout the country have worked hard, conducted intense and effective campaign for the last three months.
Employees of new generation have not only taken part in this strike at large but also they emerged as present organiser or future leaders of our union. It is our responsibility to take care of them. However, our All India Leadership also tried at their level best. So we are expressing sincere thanks and Red Salute to all.
One important point we have to keep in mind that behind this historic success, role of unity of Postal employees under PJCA (Comprising NFPE/FNPO) is most vital. It has again been proved that common employees are always in favour of unity, so leadership of the all unions have to take care of this important point, particularly when “one union in one industry/department” is our slogan. We express sincere thanks to leadership of FNPO for their wise and timely role.
However, we will strengthen NFPE and at same time work out to keep the unity of postal employees irrespective of unions protected for our betterment and also for our country.

NFPE CHQ :: Message on today's strike (28-03-2022)
MASSIVE AND UNPRECEDENTED STRIKE IN POSTAL DEPARTMENT TODAY.
Today impact of Strike in Postal Department is massive and unprecedented. This is mainly due to our leadership at grass root level as well as Circle level, who worked hard and undertook continuous, intense and effective strike campaign throughout the country during last three months. As per reports organisationally received from different circles more than 80 – 85 percent of our employees took part in today’s strike. This is mainly because of our unity in form of Postal JCA comprising NFPE/FNPO.
We believe tomorrow also we will be able to ensure same or better response in Strike.

Dear Comrades -
Our AIPEU GDS CHQ received an encouraging and inspiring report from all Circles that the strike participation of GDS members is more than expected.
Rallies, demonstrations, meetings have been conducted every where in the Circles and photos posted in what'sapp groups and facebook pages. Abundant number of photos received in what'sapp from all Circles, it could'not be possible to segregate them instantaneously.
We appreciate all the GDS members for their inspiring en masse participation in today's strike.
The same situation may also continue on 2nd day (29-03-2022) with all unity and make this strike a historic success.

NFPE Secretary General - Strike campaign meeting & Trade Union Seminar on 09-03-2022 in Ongole - A.P Circle
On 09-03-2022 a Trade Union Seminar has been conducted in connection with ensuing two days strike in Ongole, NTR Kala Kshetram. Com.Janardhan Majumdar, Secretary General, NFPE attended as Chief Guest and Com.G.Janakiram, Working President, GrC CHQ & Circle Secretary, Karnataka associated. Com.P.Pandurangarao, G/S, AIPEU GDS, Com.M.Rajasekhar, Orgg. Genl. Secretary, Gr.C CHQ., Com.Kannaiah, AGS, R4., Com.B.Sridharbabu, NFPE CoC Chairman and C/S, Com.CH.Vidyasagar, AGS, P4 CHQ, Com.M.Srinivasarao, C/S, AIPEU GDS, Com.N.Nageswararao & Com.Umamaheswarao, AIPRPA., Com.Ch.Srinivasarao, CITU were also attended and addressed in the meeting.
The Divisional Secretaries, Office bearers, and active comrades of AIPEU GrC., P4 and GDS and veteran leaders of NFPE; about 200 members graced the meeting.

NFPE Strike campaign & AIPEU GDS Dharna Programme on 15-03-2022 ....
Dear Comrades / Friends,
It is very much inspiring all the Postal
working class that a serious strike campaign is going on in the field units in
all Circles. NFPE & Confederation Leaders' tour programme is already commenced
and strike mobilization meetings are going on. Secretaries General of NFPE
& CCGEW along with HQ office bearers, General Secretaries & Circle
Secretaries of respective Unions / Associations are visiting the Postal & RMS and all
other units as per the draft schedule of tour programme.
AIPEU GDS CHQ is requesting all the
CHQ office bearers, Circle Secretaries, Division / Branch Secretaries, active Representatives,
Mahila Committee members to join voluntarily in this tour progamme without any reservation. It is most important to note
that the unity and fraternity of postal employees in all struggles yields good
result as proved in all occasions in the history of our postal trade union
movement. This time the struggle is for our survival and existence against the
privatization policies of the Govt. for which we should not leave any room to such an unpleasant situation for our postal
department.
All the details of the course of
actions will be explained by our Leaders
for a better awareness of the members. Take all necessary measures and attention
to mobilize the new entrants for their resumption in the present system and to
carry forward the nature of resistance against the ani-worker policies which
are affecting the existence of employment in a Govt. sector, the Department of
Posts.
The first phase of our successful agitation
programme on the charter of demands attracted the attention of the department
and Govt. The 2nd phase programme on 15-03-2022 i.e., "DAY LONG DHARNA IN
FRONT OF CHIEF POST MASTER GENERAL / POSTMASTER GENERAL OFFICES" should
also be a successful one, hopefully,
results in settlement of our genuine demands in our favour.
