 A COMPREHENSIVE MEMORANDUM WITH 
CHARTER OF DEMANDS WILL BE SUBMITTED TO CPMG / PMG/ SPOs ON THE SAME DAY AND A COPY THE SAME TO BE POSTED TO SECRETARY, DEPARTMENT OF POSTS.
