All charges ie
registration, ack fee, postage is free for blind literature weighing up to
seven kgs. It does not apply to air surcharge charges.

First letter refers express
or regd and the second letter refers state and IN means INDIA.
8. Can unregd parcel be allowed to send through airmail?
NO.
9. Can we charge the book post as unpaid as it has not the
superscription?
No. The
superscription “bookpost” on the cover is not mandatory for letters booked
under book post.

balance is Rs 5115-. Is it true?
False. The eligible
withdrawal amount is Rs. 2555- as the withdrawal should be in multiples of
Rs.5- only.

true?

The cheques, drawn in
favour of bank, exists in the jurisdiction of sub offices or sub offices under
