The AIPEU-GDS CHQ is delightfully announcing
that the successive 3rd All India Conference is holding in Allahabad from 16th
to 17th March 2018. The NFPE Comrades of Uttar Pradesh are
gracefully came forward to host the 3rd AIC in a holy place of the
country Allahabad very familiar to all as ‘Trivenisangam’.
Arrangements are going on for conducting the
session, accommodation for delegates, circulation of posters etc., in
Allahabad. Initially the Reception Committee has been formed on 21-01-2018 in
the presence of the Veteran Leader of NFPE, Uttar Pradesh, Com.T.P.Mishraji,
Com.Vikram Sha, General Secretary, P4 & Com.P.Pandurangarao, General
Secretary, AIPEU-GDS in Allahabad.

There are large number of trains towards and
through Allahabad Junction every day/weekly from main cities of all States. You

Venue : CORAL CLUB
The
venue is 1/2 km distance from the Allahabad Railway Station on Civil Lines side
(one side of the Rly Stn), (opp. to BSNL tower)
Delegation fee :
The
Delegate fee fixed @ Rs.1,200- per delegate / visitor. All are requested to pay
the delegate fee compulsorily to the Reception Committee to avoid further
controversy in the financial position of the Reception Committee as it is an
obligation matter.
Accommodation
for Delegates
:
It is
informed that the accommodation for the Delegates will be arranged in hotel
rooms near by Railway Station i.e., City side of the Rly Station (other side)
Distance
between venue and accommodation is about 1/2 km (i.e. one side venue &
another side accommodation of the Rly Station). Accommodation will be provided
from 15th afternoon to 18th afternoon. During the
conference time, the weather/climate may be pleasant with 25-30 degrees during
daytime and some chillness in the night. It is advised to get some warm
clothing to avoid inconvenience. It is requested by the CHQ, that the Reception
Committee has to arrange both south Indian & North Indian food feasibly.
All the
Delegates / visitors / observers are requested to be present during the
sessions on 16th & 17th and participate in the discussions,
deliberations and resolutions.
Visiting places :
There
are so many visiting and site seeing places in around the Allahabad city. The
Delegates/visitors can avail their time for this purpose before 16th
and after 17th. Tour packages are easily available in the city.

Bhawan ( 2km) , Musuem (2km), High Court, Khusrobagh park (3km), Allahabad Fort
(2km), Ashoka Pillar (3km) etc.,

Comrades,
We are
conducting this AIC in a particular situation viz., implementation of Shri
Kamalesh Chandra Committee, Verification of membership in GDS cadre,
Advancement of technology introduction in Branch Post Offices, policy
offensives on working class, diversified and raise of GDS problems in the
Circles etc., We have to place the discussion on all items of agenda and to
decide the future course of actions & frame the tasks to reach our demands
in such a way under the guidance, supervision of higher forum leadership i.e.,
NFPE.
This is
the 3rd AIC for AIPEU-GDS since 2012, April. You may be aware that 1st
AIC March 2013-Chennai (Tamil Nadu), 2nd AIC September 2015, Shimla
(Himachal Pradesh) our AIPEU-GDS organization established in more than 400
divisions our of 440 in 23 Circles. Our CHQ is requesting all Branch/Division
Secretaries should attend as delegates compulsorily. The presence of visitors/
observers is not limited but ensure to pay the delegate fee to the Reception
Committee. We were participated in
Membership Verification during July-Aug 2017 to prove our strength and sought
recognition for our Union. Unfortunately, the decision of the Govt with the
influence of some vested interests, process has been stopped. We are ready to
face the challenges throw from other side and can prove that our AIPEU-GDS will
be in No.1 position amongst all GDS unions at any point of time.
Any
amendments proposed to the constitution of AIPEU-GDS, the communication in
written should reach the General Secretary atleast 15 days early to the
commencement of AIC.
The
ensuing 3rd All India Conference shall give us confidence with a commendable
situation to lead our organization for the emancipation of GDS cadre.
The
AIPEU-GDS CHQ is hopefully seeking the response of GDS members from all the
Divisions and all corners of the country to make the 3rd All India
Conference a grand success.
OUR UNITY & OUR STRUGGLE WILL LEAD TO OUR
SUCCESS EVER.
All roads lead to Allahabad to participate in 3rd
All India Conference of AIPEU-GDS to make it a resounding success.
