Attended the 4 th Biennial circle Conference of AIPEU- GDS ,
Odisha Circle branch at Cuttack GPO being the General Secretary of CCGEWCoC and
AIPRPA Odisha State committee and as Former Leader,RJCM(Staff side),Odisha
Circle and inaugurated the Conference.
Among other leaders Com.MCS Rao,C.S.,P
-4, Com.Bishnu Pd Das,D S, P -3 Cuttack City Division are attended. Total 17
Divisions attended in the conference out of 19 Divisions of the circle.The
conference was held in the eve of retirement of Com Nirmal Singh, Circle
Secretary of 22 years who will superannuated from the Government service and
will discharged from GDS packer post w.e..f.09.03.2020, a few days ahead. The
retired GDS officials Sri H k Sahoo,N C
Routray, K Ch Dash, and other three were felicitated .Com N C Singh was felicitated by Com K C Natia.

Panda and Com. Niranjan Tripathy are unanimously elected as President, Circle
Secretary and Treasure of the circle union for the next two years. About 100
Comrades, delegates, visitors attended the conference and the conference ended
with vote of thanks to the chair.The
Conference ended with rousing slogans.
