Please direct all our Division/Branch Secretaries and active Comrades, prepared to participate with their respective division banners, flags, badges etc.,
The arrangements for organizing the rally in the streets of Kasaragod with all India Representatives / GDS delegates would definetly attracts the attention of all.
We, the delegates and all participants of the conference should follow the directions of the Reception Committee without any deviation and maintain discipline to make it successful...
