2nd phase of struggle programme of Postal JCA - Dharna on 20-10-2016

Dear Comrades,

With smile, Department and Govt has not done anything to Gramin Dak Sevaks.

Without struggle nothing has been achieved.

This is the history, again now it repeats --

Let us march forward with our struggles to reach our demands.

Mobilize the cadres to participate in the next phase of programme - 

Mass Dharna infront of all Divisional / Regional / Circle Offices on 20-10-2016.
