Govt's relief package of Rs 1.70 lac cr under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana to assist people affected by Corona virus pandemic. DBT beneficiaries covered by PMGKY can withdraw cash from IPPB or Aadhaar-linked acct thru post offices, postmen.
