COMMITTEE MEETING OF AIPEU-GDS(NFPE) ODISHA CIRCLE WAS HELD ON 6TH OCTOBER 2013
SUCCESSFULLY
The Circle Working Committee meeting of All India Postal
Employees Union - Gramin Dak Sevaks (NFPE) Odisha Circle Branch was held at
Cuttack GPO Recreation Club on 6th October 2013 (Sunday) under Presidentship of
Com. Harikrushna Sahu.
The National Flag hoisted by Com. D.B. Mohanty, Circle
Secretary, Postmen & Gr-D and NFPE Flag hoisted by Com. R.N. Dhal, Convener NFPE & Leader RJCM (Staffside) Odisha Circle.
After garlanding Sahid
Statue by Com. R.N. Dhal, inaugurated the CWC meeting. Com. D.B. Mohanty
and Com. Bishnupada Dash attended as Chief Speaker and Hon'ble Speaker
respectively.
The Circle Secretary, Com. N.C. Singh placed the written report
before CWC. All the Divisional Secretaries and CWC members participated in the
discussion and supported the Circle Secretary's report.
The CWC adopted
following decisions unanimously.
1. The Circle Union providing printed coupons of Rs.120.00 towards annual subscription for the year 2012-13 to all the divisions
for collection and the collected money will be remitted to the CHQ / NFPE / Circle
directly as per the Constitution.
2. The Circle Treasurer placed the accounts before the house for
the year 2011-12, 2012-13 and also from 01.04.2013 to 30.09.2013. The house
accepted the accounts.
3. The Circle Union providing Rs.40.00 Coupons to all the
divisions for collection of new membership/subscription for Orissa Dak Parivar(Circle union's magazine).
4. Com. Ugreshena Mohakud, Mayurbhanj Division is elected as
Asst. Treasurer for the Circle union in place of Com. Sitaram Bhuyan as he is promoted to MTS Cadre.
5. The following No. of Comrades attending March to Parliament on
11th December 2013 from the respective divisions.
