LESS SERVICE CAN BE CONSIDERED FOR SANCTION OF PENSION

Cases of GDS promoted to Departmental cadres won the legal battle in the Court of Law (High Court of  Madras) to get Pension for their service rendered.Though less service to qualify for Pension, considered by the Court of Law and the officials got Pension.

 SLP filed by the Department is dismissed.
