Delhi High Court has directed Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi to list the GDS case filed by NFPE & AIPEU – GDS (NFPE) for next hearing on 18th March 2015.
The High Court also directed that the file of this case should be made available to the Registrar, Central Administrative Tribunal on the above date fixed by High Court.
