REVISED INCENTIVE STRUCTURE FOR MNREGS RELATED WORK IN POs

Comrades, Our demand is that any work entrusted to GDS BPM, or any item of work introduced, it should come under work norms of that GDSs in the BO. We are well aware that the payments of MNREGS is a very tedious and strenuous job to a GDS BPM & other GDS in the BO. Ignoring all the things related to MNREGS, particular emphasis on the time factor, where the main hurdle to overcome for departmentalization of BOs, the Department again computed the incentive structure on MNREGS (with ceiling) for the PO staff in general and GDS in particular.
