Dear Comrades,
You are most welcome to our 3rd All India Conference scheduled to be held in Allahabad (UP). The Reception Committee has already send invitations and information brochures for favour of your information.
Most of the Divisions informed that all are attending the Conference well in time.
It is requested that intimate the number of participants for the Conference as delegates/visitors/observers to the Reception Committee in advance. Please cooperate with the Reception Committee. It will ensure the feasible accommodation and other arrangements for all the participants.
CHQ Office bearers & Circle Secretaries are once again requested that collect the information from each division and get an approximate estimation for the information of the Reception Committee and CHQ as well.
